Dr Jabhera Matogoro holds PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Dodoma. He is work as Lecturer at College of Informatics and Virtual Education with over 13 years Industrial Experience. Dr. Matogoro is also the Founder and CEO for Tanzania Community Networks Alliance which is working to connect the unconnected schools and communities in Tanzania.
Ms. Catherine Kyalo holds Bsc in Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and Certifications in N+ and CISCO. She is currently working as Africa Regional Coordinator at KICTANet for APC-LOCNET with over 10 years of Industrial Experience.
Dr. Mtaho is currently working at Arusha Teachnical College (ATC) as Lecturer and Coordinator of Research, Publication and Documentation in the ICT Deparment. He is also the CEO of The Foundation of Inclusive Development and Digital Transformation（FIDDT）.
Before working at ATC, Dr. Mtaho worked as a Lecturer and Coordinator of Consultancy and Professional Services Bureau at the College of Informatics and Virtual Education of The University of Dodoma (CIVE-UDOM). Dr. Mtaho has more than 16 years of experince working in higher learnjng institutions and ICT indusry as a researcher, instructor, and consultant. His areas of research include e-learning, ICT4D, Emerging Technologies, IoT, E-commerce, Computer security, and Cognitive Science research.

Africa Policy Coordinator - KICTANET
Josephine Miliza is digital inclusion and community networks champion passionate about supporting communities to build resilient and scalable bottom-up connectivity models. She is among the pioneers of the community network movement in Africa and has co-founded TunapandaNET a community network in Kibera, Nairobi Kenya. Josephine serves as Africa policy coordinator for the Association of Progressive Communications-LOCNET project regionally coordinated by the Kenya ICT Action Network in Nairobi Kenya. This project aims to contribute to an enabling ecosystem for the emergence and growth of community networks and other community-based connectivity initiatives in the global south. Josephine is actively involved in promoting the community networks movement in Africa participating in organizing the Africa community networks summit, awareness building, capacity building and policy advocacy forums. Her current interests are in bottom-up sustainable connectivity models and creative approaches to an enabling environment that fosters resilience and innovation for communities in Africa.
